Debonair, stunning and regal are words that might describe our 1930s highboy dresser. That is thanks to Annie Sloan’s Old White chalk paint. After You…
We’re big fans of books in our house. I’m actually reading quite a few that I thought you guys might like so I thought I’d share…

It’s the little things in life that make me so happy. Our bathroom, for example, is not very big. I guess in this McMansion era…
First I need to say a huge thank you to all of you! Your kind words, encouragement and “oohing and ahhhing” over Beatrice left me…
LOL…that’s cute! So glad his suffering is over!
I love how the color looks in his room! Will have to remember this one…
How funny. My oldest boy has been living in a pink room for about a year now, but that changed this week as well. It had been his sister’s room, but then we rearranged all the rooms and were slowly moving the entire house to one color.
Love the color you chose too.
Great color, and you’re right, how could not jump right into painting for that cute little bubble blower?!
He’s adorable!! Oh yeah… and the room looks great too ~ lol!
He is gorgeous!!! Glad he has his green room too, because blowing bubbles has to take priority!

The color is a great one for a boy! I remember when I moved into a room with a red rug and hated it! I was 7 then.
Farrow and Ball is so wonderful ~ I’d love to use their paint more often! I may have to start with a pretty powdery color like this. Looks perfect! 🙂
So you managed it then, I hope he has enjoyed sleeping in his new look room. It looks great now and really cosy and homely.
Thank goodness his room is now green! You know how scared men are of pink! LOL! What a cutie! Hugs, Leena
Conor is adorable! Of course he couldn’t sleep in a pink room 🙂 The new color is just perfect. (And I love the mouldings, too!)
What a cutie pie. He’s sure young to know about colors for boys or girls. Glad he doesn’t have to worry about a pink room anymore. Bless his heart, what a sweetie. They grow up much too quickly. Very nice color for his room.
Thank you! He is my little sweetheart! I couldn’t believe how upset he was about the pink but he’s now really enjoying his green room! x
