Winter Favorites Watercolor (Free Printable)
I love to reflect on winter traditions, with a young family we seem to have lots of them. I thought it would be fun to paint some of our favorites and offer them as a Winter Favorites Watercolor Free Printable.
Each season my friend Kristen over at Ella Claire organizes a fun blog hop with free printables. I really enjoy how this makes me try to think more creatively and also pushes me to try new things with watercolor.
I thought about all our family favorites:
Building snowmen.
Pulling on my favorite cashmere sweater.
Donning pom pom hats for walks in the snow with the dogs.
Snowy walks in the woods collecting treasures from nature.
Building snowmen.
Making gingerbread houses.
Warming up with hot chocolate. Conor loves his loaded with whipped cream.
Sipping winter spice lattes.
I actually sat down with my boys and brainstormed a list.

Then I sketched and painted while listening to the Beach Boys Christmas Album. It always reminds me of arriving to my grandmother’s house on Christmas morning. We’d put the record on. It always puts me in a good mood. I also decorate to this same album.
This printable looks great framed if you’d like to give it as a gift. I framed it out in the she shed and decorated with simple eucalyptus. It smells amazing!
It would also make really cute holiday cards.
I created a few gift tags by printing multiple copies on a page. You can print them on card stock to make them more durable.
Don’t worry, I haven’t started wrapping yet. I’ve only just started thinking of presents.

These printables are for your own personal use. I’m happy for you to share them with family and friends but please don’t sell them.
I’ve also added this to my Society6 shop (affiliate link) so if you’d like this as a pillow or tote or t-shirt, you can find it here.
T-shirt – thought it would be cute for PJs on Christmas Eve
Tote Bag – Perfect to use as a gift bag!
I also have separate elements from this free printable in the Society6 shop so just the snowman or just the evergreen tree. You can see some of the winter collection here.
You might also like a few of my other free printables here.
Be sure to visit all my friends who are taking part!
I’m so excited to see all their beautiful free printables.
