Watercolor Fall Leaf Printable
A vibrant orange, yellow watercolor fall leaf printable perfect for autumn home decor or fall entertaining.
Happy September, friends! I’ve missed you guys! You may have noticed that things have been quiet here on the blog. In fact, I took the entire month of August “off”. I was feeling a little burnt out and craving time with my boys. The month of August brought creativity in spurts (including this watercolor fall leaf) – lots of watercolor, teaching myself more of photoshop and planning some things for our online shop. I’m so excited for you to see some new products and and new watercolors soon. We finished the month with a week up in Maine. It was fabulous to get away and I’ll share more about the trip really soon.
My friend Krista over at The Happy Housie is hosting a fall printable hop and I thought it would be a great way to start September sharing beautiful printables with friends (all the printables are in the bottom of the post).
Watercolor Fall Leaf Printable
Here in New England it’s so much fun to watch the leaves change. Our burning bushes flame into a red, sugar maples go a deep red tones and all the leaves change in beautiful hues of greens, golds, and orange. I really feel like fall is Nature’s last hurrah until our yards and trees are covered in a blanket of white snow.
Painting these leaves was so much fun and so therapeutic. I enjoy sitting in our sunroom painting. I light a candle, play music, and just paint and paint and paint. You may have seen this little video on Instagram a few weeks ago.
Here I am, my hair still wet from the pool, no make up. Just having fun!
I’m adding a bunch of new items to the shop soon. I do have this Fall Favorites which is really popular and just added my Fall in New England note cards here and here which uses these leaves and some other branches.
