A Lucky Charm for Your Home

Just wanted to share a short little post about a very special collaboration with Minot Candle. We collaborated on the Lucky Charm Candle.

I always have a Minot candle lit somewhere in our home – when I’m painting in the sunroom, sitting by the fire reading, or watching TV. I’ve shared my love for Minot’s candles here on the blog many times so it felt very special to collaborate on this special candle.

Four Leaf Clover Painting Process

When my friend Kerry asked if I’d want to collaborate on something involving luck around St. Patrick’s Day I was overwhelmed. St. Patrick’s Day and the tie-in with Scituate (The Irish Riviera) is so special to me and my family. We knew that we wanted this candle to be about luck and I really enjoyed painting this sweet little illustration in Sepia watercolor.

I tried a few different styles and we settled on this sweet one.

Lucky Charm Candle

You can shop the Lucky Charm Candle on Minot’s online shop, but I wanted to share more about this beautiful candle.

I LOVE the scent of this candle – Citrus, Cedarwood and Soft Florals for an uplifting scent.

We all need a good luck charm now and again, even near the Irish Riviera. These bright citrus notes are balanced by earthy cedarwood and warmed with soft floral. Lucky Charm is a bright uplifting scent but grounding at the same time. It’s the perfect good luck charm for yourself or a friend!

What I Love About Minot’s Candles

  • Gorgeous fragrances
  • Beautiful packaging that looks good in any home
  • That they’re small batch candles hand poured in Hull, MA
  • Sustainably conscious
  • candles are free from parabens, phthalates, carcinogens and hormone disruptors

Sharing the Luck

This candle would make a lovely gift (for a friend or yourself) and it pairs well with our newest collection of stationery.
