At The Christmas Fair

At the Scituate Rocks Fair

So sorry I’m posting later than usual today.  It has been on of those great, crazy weekends.  The Christmas Craft Fair that I took part in was such a huge success and raised so much money for Scituate Community Christmas.  If you still want to help out and are local they’re looking for helpers to wrap and shop.

A huge thank you to friends who came down!  I also wanted to give a shout out to some new friends that I made and some other vendors with some amazing wares.  I love all the items The Creative Hand brought and got a few gifts from them.  I also picked up some lovely pieces from Sara Jean at Where Watermelons Grow.

Here’s how my table looked:

The driftwood trees were such a huge success.  I’ve had several friends contact me looking for more – so looks like a trip to Egypt beach for the boys to search for more driftwood!

Driftwood Trees

I sold all my German glitter glass stars and the crowns.  One woman bought one for her daughter and another woman bought one to wear that night to a 40th birthday.

German Glitter Glass Ornaments and Crowns

I sold all the German glitter glass music ornaments.  I’ll be sharing with you how I made them on our Home for the Holidays Christmas Crafts tomorrow:

The Christmas gift tags with German glitter glass were very popular.  I’ll be adding some to my Etsy shop.

People loved the Don’t Give Up the Ship signs and the pillows.  I sold a bunch of Christmas pillows.  I’ll be adding more signs and pillows to the Etsy shop.  The signs can be customized to any Annie Sloan chalk paint color.

Thank you all who came down.  What even made the weekend more amazing was that we got to see John in his debut role as Rocky the Rooster in Chicken Run:
John in Chicken Run
He did such a fantastic job.  It was so much fun to watch him treading the boards.  We also got to spend some time together at the Heritage Gardens in Sandwich on Sunday night.  It was absolutely beautiful.  I’ll share some photos later this week of all the Christmas lights.
