Early Spring Mantel
Simple candles, hand blown vessels, and eucalyptus blend together for our early spring mantel.
I had every intention of using lots of spring flowers on our mantel – hyacinths, tulips, and daffodils, I had them in the sink ready to go, BUT I just felt like keeping it simple…
Today on the Seasonal Simplicity Tour, hosted by my good friend Krista, we’re sharing spring mantels and simple vignettes.
Max and I are very excited to share a little peek into our spring living room and at our spring mantel. To be honest it is very similar to the winter mantel. I decided to leave the pinecones on the mantel for now.
I love the shape and texture they add. I think they look so rich with our dark woodwork.

The eucalyptus is from Trader Joe’s and I LOVE how it still has the berries on it. Aren’t they pretty? The hand blown glasses are from Ikea, I got them a few years ago.
I used some brass candlesticks with real candles and some faux candles that have a lovely flicker. Some are from Balsam Hill and some are from Michaels. The mirror and white vases are from the Home Depot. This is all stuff I already had. I’m really trying to be more intentional with buying decor items for our home as we already have so much.
The gorgeous throw is from Pottery Barn. Luke gave it to me for Christmas 😉 It was on my wish list.

The chairs are usually opposite the fireplace but I thought it would be nice to see one by the fire. As soon as I moved it, Max hopped up to enjoy the fire.
Can you blame him???
Well, I hope you enjoyed seeing our early spring mantel. It’s super simple.
