Exciting News – New and Improved Online Shop
Back in November, I launched an online shop with my son. I’ve been hard at work redesigning the shop with more inventory. I can’t wait for you guys to see it!
During the last 3 1/2 months, I’ve found myself drawn to my watercolors and desire to paint seascapes. Sunsets. Crashing waves. Calm Beach scenes. Many local readers might recognize Bar Rock at Minot Beach (it’s the one with the flag on it).
I painted these because I had to for myself but as I posted them online. I got questions about them. People saying they’d like to buy an original or a print. Others saying they wanted note cards.
So I decided to listen.
Online Shop Redesign
I redesigned the shop page and we now have a new site – shop.findingsilverpennies.com. Here’s a peek of the new shop:
There are sections for John (Ink Harbour Illustrations) and myself. I’m hoping that it will be easier to navigate and see what’s in stock. I know the previous shop was a little hard to get around. I also think the design fits better with Finding Silver Pennies and the clean coastal look I love.
Sampling of some of the note cards
All note cards are available in boxed sets or individual cards and all are left blank inside for your own message.
Still To Come
I plan on adding prints (framed and unframed) and originals (framed and unframed) very soon. I’m running into some issues due to the quarantine and don’t want to list that option until I know the turn around times will be quick.
A Donation to World Wildlife Fund with each Sale.
John and I are both nature and animal lovers so a portion of each sale is donated to World Wildlife Fund. All cards are printed in the United States on heavy felt card stock.
Your old favorites are still there, too, the sun print series, the oyster shells and Scituate Lighthouse.

Reader Feedback
I’d love for you to all check out the new site here and tell me what you think! I’d also love to hear what you’d love to see in the shop. Are you interested in more stationery, notepads, originals or prints? What kind of paintings / photographs / drawings would you like to see more of?
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I love painting and this pause in our life has made me realize this. I’m happiest when I’m creating and sharing. I wouldn’t have had the courage to share my work if it wasn’t for your encouragement. Thank you all for your support.
Looking forward to checking out this new shop site! Love, Love, Love your artwork Danielle. You are so talented. I actually was able to print out one of your watercolors which you so kindly shared with us and it now sits proudly on our bookcase!
Oh, Colleen, thank you so much for your kind comment. It made my day! I’m so glad you were able to print one of my watercolor free printables. Can I share your image on Facebook and Instagram stories? Would love to share it. Your bookcase looks beautiful!
