Flowers for weeks?
Fresh cut, organic flowers are a gift in itself, but flowers for weeks?
I love Godiva truffles, but flowers stir something deep in my soul. I think a fresh cut bouquet is truly the nicest gift you could give a loved one. Do you guys know about Cross Street Flower Farm in Norwell? If you live locally, then you’ve probably driven passed their fields full of flowers on the way to Target or the mall.
I actually met up with the founders last week at our favorite local coffee shop, The Lucky Finn. This is actually one of the pick up locations for their flower shares.
If you don’t already know them, this is Cara and Nicki. They first met when they’re kids were in preschool and their friendship grew into a passion for growing the most beautiful and organic flowers on the South Shore!
Look at all those flowers!
You may remember this beautiful installation I posted about at the Lucky Finn. These were their flowers:
We plan on collaborating on a bunch of different things this year, which I’ll share more about soon. I’m also going to interview them for my Creativity Over Coffee Series.
I thought their flower shares would be a wonderful gift for Valentine’s! Can you think of anything better than flowers for weeks? I sure can’t! They have spring, summer, and dahlia shares.
So any husbands reading the blog, think of giving your wives a beautiful share.
You can read more about their shares here.
Flowers, with their sheer beautiful and beautiful hues, have the capacity to light people up. They bring a kind of happiness like no other.
Pure joy.
Would you want flowers for weeks?
Yup, I thought so…
Me, too.
Please visit their site and consider a share. When you buy local, you not only help our natural world but you help keep a dream alive!
