Happy 4th of July from Scituate
Happy 4th of July from Scituate!
I know there are weeds growing through our brick walkway. I weeded the other day and with all this heat I need to weed again. I do have a DIY All Natural Weed Killer I did last year so maybe I’ll share it on the blog soon 😉
Anyway, I was up early with the dogs and the birds and I thought I’d share how our home is looking on this beautiful Independence Day.
Last night Luke and I took another sailing lesson and then we took the boys to the fireworks on Peggotty Beach.
The window boxes are bursting this year. I love the all white with the mixed vines.
Today is the annual 4th of July parade in Hingham. We go every year and this year is no exception. We’re all looking forward to it. Then we’re gonna have my mom and a few friends over for a BBQ.
I like keeping things simple, don’t you?
Our hydrangeas in the front are in full bloom. I was a little worried about a few of them because had to move a few of them, for the diggers and equipment to access the backyard for the pool, but they’re catching up now…
Poppy and Max were very curious about what I was doing in the front yard. You can see their little noses peeking out. This is the only way they can see in the front yard since we had to put up a different fence with the pool.
From our family to yours, Happy 4th of July!
Your home is looking beautiful – the peeping noses made me laugh, that is the view my dog has at the side gate where he can see all the others going for walks!
Happy 4th Danielle! I hope you guys have a great time at the parade and grilling poolside!
Your home is beautiful. Could you tell me what color you used for your front door?
Danielle, I love our brick walks, are they regular brick or brick pavers? And a Happy Fourth of July to you and your family!
Beautiful! Happy 4th!
Your home is beautiful. What is the paint color you used for your front door?
Your hydrangea are looking beautiful, and I think white is perfect for window boxes against that dark wood.
Happy 4th to you and yours.
Pat
Happy Independence Day!
The dogs are so cute. I wonder if they make a lattice door you could put there…or your handy hubby could modify the door with a lattice panel.
I just love your home! Even the names of the towns are cute! 🙂
Happy 4th!
Jane
Those window flower boxes are lovely
