Reese’s Pieces Cookies
You need to bake a batch of our Reese’s Pieces cookies this fall. They’d be perfect for Halloween, too!
Conor and I LOVE to bake cookies. Over the years we’ve perfected this recipe and add in our favorite candies. Over the weekend, while decorating for Halloween, we decided to make Reese’s Pieces cookies.
If you can’t wait skip, directly to the bottom of the post to get this recipe.
Jump to RecipeConor had the brilliant idea of adding in Milky Bar White Chocolate Buttons which add to the flavor and make these cookies quite decadent.

Delicious Reese’s Pieces Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 Cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup white sugar
- 2 Cups Reese’s Pieces
- 1 Cup Milky Bar White Chocolate Buttons
Method
Preheat oven to 350 farenheit.
In your mixer, beat butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla; until creamy.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, salt, and baking soda. Add this mixture to the above wet mixture. Make sure to add flour mixture slowly or it can make quite a mess.
Stir two cups of Reese’s Pieces and one cup of white chocolate buttons in by hand.
Once combined chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
Either use a reusable baking mat or or parchment sheets. Place rounded tablespoons of the batter on baking sheet. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. You want the edges to be golden brown. Make sure the cookie has set before removing it from the baking tray.
Allow to cool on a cooling rack.
*the measuring cups are by Polders Old World, too, and make a great gift for the foodie in your life!
I placed the cookies on a slate serving board and scattered the Reese’s Pieces across it. It’s a cute way of serving them if you’re entertaining for Halloween.
These tastes amazing straight out of the oven. Oh my goodness, I love them still warm with the white chocolate buttons melting and the peanut butter candies still warm. They melt in your mouth.
I actually ate two of these cookies while taking the photos…
They’re so good! I hope you enjoy them. Let me know what you think of them!
