Silver Pennies Sundays Link Party (196)
Happy Sunday! We’re off to watch Elf in the Harbor this morning (one of our favorite movies!). It is holidays in the harbor this weekend so we’ve been having lots of fun. Hope you’re having a lovely weekend. Before the day gets started I wanted to kick off our weekly link party. I’m so glad you’re here!

As always there were amazing projects and it was hard to narrow down to just a few. Here are some that stood out this week.

This apple cinnamon goats milk soap would make a lovely gift! Get the tutorial over at Simply Stacie:
I’m in LOVE with these French origami paper stars by the Dreams Factory:
- Link up your fun, creative, thrifty projects. I’m partial to painting furniture, but anything goes for this link party – DIY Projects, home decor, cooking, crafts, painting, sewing…
- Grab a button (on the side bar) or link back in some way. You must have a visible link back to be considered for a feature.
- Visit some other links – everyone likes to receive comments and love.
- I’d love for you to become a follower, but that is entirely optional.
Thanks so much for the party!!
Hugs,
Debbie

I wanted to let you know that I found a way to start with a square paper to make the origami stars. It helps if you don’t have a way to make the shape that you need. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvGrwOjHOsc I added more information on the Dreams Factory blog under “comments”, if you’d like to look at it. Making these stars is a wonderful way to decorate anything…It isn’t just for Christmas!!!
Thank you so much for the feature, hope you have an amazing week!
