Super Bowl Supper!
via web |
So if you are like the boys in my house you are super excited about our beloved Patriots being in the Super Bowl this Sunday. I have to admit to you that I’m not a huge sports fan (please don’t hate me), but I would love it if they win! Perhaps, you’d call me a fair weather fan. Anyway, I’m planning on getting my favorite munchies together (that is the part I like the best!).
Buffalo Chicken Dip |
*I like it with Rotisserie chicken rather than the canned chicken. Just gives it more body and flavor.
The first time I ate this I nearly ate all of it. It is great served with tortilla chips, pretzels and celery.
We also love a turkey kielbasa dish that my friend makes. It tastes amazing and it so easy to make. My boys eat it in about 5 minutes. I now buy the multi-packs of the kielbasa from BJs because of making this and the sausage and kale soup so much.

Ingredients
Brown Sugar
Turkey Kielbasa Sausages
Cut the kielbasa in slices and then sprinkle them with granulated brown sugar. Put it in a plastic bag and shake so they are covered. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until sugar has melted.

It is delicious and almost tastes like there is something else in their because the sugar makes a caramelised sauce. Yum.
Finally, we’ll round the night out with my aunt’s famous Turkey Chili. Delicious and packed with loads of veggies and beans.

I’m sure Luke will have some IPAs and Pale Ales on hand while our two little guys will have root beer. Go Pats! All of New England is routing for you!
