Watercolor Bunny (Free Printable)
While we were in England, we spent some time with the animals at my sister in law’s house. Out back in the bunny hutch, they had a sweet and very large flop eared bunny. This bunny served as inspiration for this sweet little Easter free printable I painted with watercolor.
Aw, isn’t this little guy sweet? His name is Harry, the boys named him! I just love his markings, his big floppy ears and his rotund shape. Today I’m delighted to share him as a free printable as part of a tour my friend Kristen organized over at Ella Claire blog! Kristen hosts these free printable blog hops during different seasons and I love trying to stretch my watercolor skills. I also love to see what my friends create, they’re all so talented.
It’s been a while since I pulled out my watercolors and I find it so therapeutic and restful.
I thought this printable would be fun for Easter and today I’m going to show you how to use it two different ways. First I thought it would be fun on place settings at Easter or for a spring brunch.
I’ve included a few affiliate links in this post.
For this I printed off the printable on white card stock and set it two print four to a page. I think this is such a cute size. It would also be sweet for gift tags on Easter baskets. I used my favorite color combination of blue and white – our usual plates, some fun blue and white placemats that look like willow pattern china and or usual silverware. The “napkin” is actually a tea towel from Ikea.
I rolled the napkin so it holds the printable in place.
If you print the bunny full size, you can trim the card stock and put it in a frame. I got his frame HomeGoods back in the fall and love rustic farmhouse feel to it.
Next to is an ironstone creamer and some greenery. A dear reader contacted me when she heard I was collecting ironstone and gave me the creamer and the sugar bowl. Thank you so much, Linda, for the lovely gifts. As you can see they’re already being enjoyed in our dining room. I’ll share more about my growing collection soon. One can never have too much ironstone 😉
Here’s a wider angle of the Welsh Dresser with the printable.
So simple and elegant.
Doesn’t Harry look so sweet over there? Each time I look at him I smile. I’m so excited for spring to arrive!
I created three different versions. One that is plain, one that says “Hoppy Easter” and one that says “Happy Easter”. To download your free printables simply click here.
Just a reminder that these printables are free but are only for personal use. Please do not sell them.
UPDATE! I’ve added this sweet little guy to my Society6 Shop. You can see him as a tote bag here (affiliate link) but he’s also available as pouches, pillows, clocks and other home goods.
