Watercolor Sunflowers Free Printable (Cozy Living)
My watercolor sunflowers free printable is great for fall decor but also pretty for notecards or gifts.
I always forget just how beautiful the weather and flowers are at this time of year here in New England. I also always forget how hectic the start of school and the new routines and schedules they bring. Somehow we’re already into October!
It’s the first Saturday in October which means time for some fresh Cozy Living Ideas from my friends as part of the Cozy Living Series hosted by my good friend Jennifer over at Town & Country Living.
As the mom of two boys I always feel like I’m running to keep up. Driving them to music lessons, fencing, karate, walking the dogs, tidying the house, cooking etc. You get the idea. To slow down I enjoy practicing yoga and painting watercolors. I started back taking a few classes from a wonderful teacher Joanna Papandrea at the Scituate Senior Center. How I love her style and her class. Watercolor is a practice just like yoga. I love experiementing with techniques and watching the water and paints mingle on my paper.
The other day in class I painted these sunflowers.
It’s funny I’m not usually an orange or yellow person, but I do LOVE sunflowers.
I think they look so pretty in that little marmalade jar. A bouquet of happiness and I thought I’d share them as a gift to you, dear reader.
I’ve created a few versions, with beautiful quotes, but also included just a plain one with no text, too.
